Not legal text yet. What follows describes how the venue actually behaves; the binding document has not been written.

What is not collected

No email address, no device token, no account. Notifications are polled by your browser rather than pushed, because pushing would require an address to push to.

How ownership is stored

Allocations, listings, offers, watchlists and notifications are keyed by a hash of your address, never by the address itself. The tables cannot be read as a list of who holds what — not by an operator, and not by anyone who obtains a copy.

What a wallet session is

A signed cookie holding your address and an expiry. It grants no spending power and carries no viewing key. Losing it exposes nothing beyond the address.

What is public

The catalog: which items exist, their traits, their hashes, and the transactions that issued them. Sales that settle through this venue are published as amounts and times, with no party on either side.

What you choose to reveal

A profile is opt-in and per item. An item you do not put on display is indistinguishable from an item nobody owns.

Third parties

A price figure is fetched from Kraken, falling back to CoinGecko. Those requests are made by the server, not by your browser, and carry nothing about you. Artwork and metadata are served from this origin.

Ownership is private by default. Prices are known only to the parties involved.
