Something went wrong with a payment or transaction?Submit it here
Send the transaction and the wallet it involved, and we will look at what the records say and write back on this page. A shielded payment carries no sender, so the transaction id is the only thing that ties a payment to the person who made it — without it there is nothing to look up.
Your claims are kept against the wallet you file them from — that is how you find them again, and how we know the same person is asking. Connect any wallet you control; it does not have to be the one the payment came from, and the form asks for that one separately.
- TRANSACTION ID
- 64 hex characters, from your wallet's record of the payment. Your wallet shows it beside the amount and the date.
- THE WALLET INVOLVED
- The shielded address you paid from, or the one the item should have arrived at. This is frequently not the wallet you are connected with, and the difference is often the answer.
Naming a transaction is weak evidence of having sent it — the id is known to whoever watches the chain with the right viewing key. So nothing here pays out on its own, and this page will not tell you whether a transaction has money standing against it. A person reads every claim and answers it.
